Pep Band for Renaissance Recognition Dinner

Location: The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center, President’s Hall

Each year the Renaissance Fund Celebrated outstanding and community leaders by raising funds to establish endowed scholarships in their honor. These scholarships support academically talented students with demonstrated financial need, creating a lasting impact in their names.

This year Penn State is proud to recognize Bill and Connie Hayes - two remarkable champions of Penn State. As part of this special evening the Hayeses have personally requested a performance/appearance by the Alumni Blue Band. We are seeking Alumni Band member who can participate in this pep band. Dinner will be a part of the event. 

As of right now the Alumni Pep Band will be playing at the beginning of the event and at the end where we will perform the Alma Mater with PSU Musical Theater Students (who will also be performing during the event as well). 

Please note this event is during the week so when planning on participating make note of this. Any and all local Alum Band members who can do this would be greatly appreciated. The Hayeses have made this request because of their appreciation of the Alumni Blue Band. Further details with the Renaissance Fund organizers are forth coming. We have a cut off date of Monday November 3 for participation.
