Unable to make the tournament this year or not a golfer? You can still contribute to this great event by becoming a Pin Flag Sponsor! This commemorative Pin Flag for a $100 donation will be displayed at the event with your custom message for the Blue Band. After the tournament, we will mail the Pin Flag to your home. Don't forget to dedicate your sponsorship to a current Blue Band member!

Hersheypark Takeover 2026 PSAA (6 Jun 2026)

PENN STATE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION HERSHEYPARK TAKEOVER 2026

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO PLAYING MEMBERS, SILKS, AND MAJORETTES

The PSAA is again putting together a Hersheypark Takeover like last year. They have requested a pep band for this event – SATURDAY JUNE 6, 2026 Event runs from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Dress: White ABBA/PSU Gear Tops. Bottoms will be jeans or shorts depending on the weather.

Performance Times:

10:30 Report time (Main entrance)

11:00 Performance

3:30 Report Time (Tidal Force Catering area)

4:00 Performance

4:00-6:00pm Ice Cream Social

ABBA members will have free parking and entrance to the park. We will utilize the employee entrance, same as last year, details to follow.

We are seeking traveling trumpet players for pop-up appearances around the park (like at Beaver Stadium), as well as possibly performing with the Hersheypark Band. If we have enough trombones, we could also perform ORB's Lion's Trombone!
